Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-20

Romani Clip Bot ("ClipBot") is a Discord bot that edits the clips and videos you send it into short videos and, only after you press Approve, posts them to social media accounts you have connected.

  • You may only submit clips and videos you have the right to use - whether you send a link or a file - and only connect accounts you own.
  • Nothing is posted without your explicit approval of that specific video.
  • You can disconnect a platform at any time in Discord (/disconnect) or from that platform's connected-apps settings; this stops all posting to it.
  • Content you post remains yours and is subject to each platform's own terms. ClipBot uses YouTube API Services: by connecting YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. By connecting TikTok you agree to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including its Music Usage Confirmation and, for sponsored content, its Branded Content Policy.
  • You are responsible for the content you post, for having the rights to everything in it (including music), and for labelling commercial or sponsored content truthfully on the posting screen.
  • Usage limits apply per user. The service may be changed or withdrawn; it is provided as is, without warranty.
  • Website accounts. You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, or the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission, and paid plans must be bought by an adult. Give a working e-mail address of your own, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One account per person; an account may be linked to one Discord user, and linking it lets that account open that user's dashboard. An account does not by itself give access to the editing service, which is by invitation. We may suspend or delete accounts that are used to abuse the service; sign-ups that are never confirmed, and unlinked accounts that are not used for a year, are removed as described in the Privacy Policy. Material changes to these terms are announced in the changelog and in Discord. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
  • E-mail from us. Marketing e-mails are optional, never a condition of anything, sent only if you opted in, and every one has an unsubscribe link. Messages about your account itself (confirmation, password reset, security notices) are part of the service.
